ABOUT THE SURGERY
We opened as a branch practice of Spring Lodge Veterinary Hospital in 1999, originally working from a demountable ‘hut’ on the site of the recently renamed ‘Prince Louis’ while we were waiting for our practice to be completed.
Our main veterinary surgeons are Lucy Drew and Rachael Calderon who oversee the running of the Practice. They are assisted by our experienced reception staff of Barbara, Lesa, Juliet and Stuart who are there to answer any questions, provide advice and book appointments.
Sophie and Heather are our practice nurses who offer regular nursing clinics for microchipping, nail clipping, health advice and preventative health treatments.
They are an independent company who provide the equivalent of a pet A&E department for local practices during the night and weekends.
We are lucky, as this service is run from our Witham Hospital so your animal can receive care 24 hours a day once it has been admitted to our Hospital.
